There is nothing like making something look pretty! It’s especially fun when it takes no time at all. If you can slice, then you can make this is just a few minutes. Make the granola the night before and it will come together in just seconds the next day.
This is a great recipe to share at a brunch and hits the mark for those who are gluten free ’cause its filled with nothing but goodness!
For this breakfast pizza, I’ve used homemade granola (see recipe above and/or printable version below) – I often forget how simple granola is to make. Feel free to swap out any of the ingredients such as the nuts with any you like, such as pecans, walnuts, cashews or sunflower seeds – it all works one and the same).
You just layer granola with sweetened Greek Yogurt and fresh fruit. I’ve used sliced peaches, blackberries, strawberries, sliced kiwi, blueberries and raspberries but its up to you and your imagination on what fruit you would like to use. You can’t go wrong, this is super delicious and easy!
Hope you enjoy! Sorry for not posting recipes in awhile. I often forget I have a cookbook to pull from. = ) It seems much more authentic to give you something new since so many of you already have the book. I’ll try to be better about interspersing the new and the old!
On a side note, I would love to know whether you would like to see more food posts, more life and love posts or just a nice combo. of the two. Feel free to comment below or send me an email. As always, you can find more at Sharing Our Life, Love and Food.
