All of you on my distribution list receive the monthly newsletter but for those of you who just subscribe to the blog, I thought I would share this coming month’s newsletter.
We have a jam-packed newsletter this month. Would love to have you join in on some of the activities.
Also, wanted to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving. Remember to take time out to share your life, love and food with all those around you this holiday season.
Hope you all took advantage of the free tickets they offered us for this fun “Reimagine You” event coming up on November 30th. Look forward to learning more and sharing it with all of you at the next “Super Soul”.
December Super Soul
We will be taking a look at author, Cheryl Strayed, as she explains why embracing humility is just as important as striving for greatness. Join us on Wednesday, December 7th from 6-8 pm at Leith’s House. Please RSVP here: decsupersoul.app.rsvpify.com
We will continue to collect Xbox “Universal” Gaming/Console Remotes this month for our Heartprint Project so feel to bring one to add to the collection. All remotes will be donated to Children’s Hospital.
Co-op orders should arrive on Friday. Please plan to pick up on Friday afternoon or evening or sometime this weekend. For other arrangements, please text me at 719-649-2394.
Holiday Share Class
Thanks to everyone who attended the Holiday Share Class last week. Due to its popularity, we will be offering two more in December. We will be showing all of you how to make special holiday memories creating no sew, last a lifetime, cloth napkins and other holiday fanfare such as homemade scones, artisan vanilla extract, fresh bread and granola. This is a jam-packed 3-hour class and you will get to take home some goodies at the end. Join us on either Sunday, December 4th or 11th from 1-4 pm. $40/class. To reserve your spot, payment can be made below.
I have extras available so we will be posting a holiday give away on Facebook soon for a chance to win some of our no sew, last a lifetime, cloth napkins! Invite others to join along so they can win some too.
Need a Stocking Stuffer – You asked so we will be offering the “flipbooks” given out at the Holiday Class. They include all the recipes for holiday flavored scones, vanilla, bread and granola along with how to make the diy napkins. If interested, you can purchase here.
Thanksgiving Meal Ideas
Looking for some tried and true recipes? This past week, we shared a couple of Thanksgiving Meal ideas on the blog and gave everyone a lighthearted Turkey 101 tutorial.
As you all know, I’m not one for promoting my cookbook since it was intended for my kiddos but so many of you have asked recently for some copies to give as Christmas gifts so I ordered a bunch in bulk and can offer them to you at a discounted flat rate of $45 here. All out of town peeps will have to pay shipping (sorry). If you need the books by a certain date, please let me know by emailing here: firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is super important to me to stop and say thanks to each and every one of you for wholeheartedly believing and supporting this endeavor. It truly means the world to me. Thank you for allowing me to show my heart in the way I know how and accepting it in such a kind hearted and loving way. I am so grateful to you all for believing in the mission of Sharing Life, Love and Food.
P.S. As always you can find more at www.sharingourlifeloveandfood.com. Confused on how to join along? There are a ton of ways – you can join the email list, follow the blog, Facebook page, etc. Email me at email@example.com and I will help you out. I get confused myself keeping up with it all. = )
