The Measure of A Life

I woke up this morning thinking of all of you who came to our January Super Soul last night gathering around the table and discussing “How Will You Measure Your Life”.

Always blessed by each of you and I especially felt it in the moments of saying goodbye, always wishing for more time to hear more about where you each are in your own life.

Below is a summary of slides summarizing the night.  I also wanted to provide a few links in case you want to watch Professor Christensen’s Ted Talk or read his book or the infamous Harvard Business Review article that summarizes the book. For those who asked for the salad and dressing recipe, here is the link.  The Orange Blossom Honey can be found in the specialty cheese department of Whole Foods. I also ended up adding a clove of chopped garlic to the dressing as well.  Enjoy!

We started off the evening answering these 2 questions and then went on to discuss each of the slides below.

As you look through the slides, wanted to leave you with this final thought:  With the start of the New Year, it is the perfect time to assess what your priorities are in life and make sure that you align your time, energy and talents with those priorities.  It is easy to say that we will prioritize our health, our loved ones, our friends but the more important question is are we allocating our time and resources to our priorities.

Again, thanks for a lovely evening.  Happy New Year All!  Looking forward to next month’s Super Soul, “Awareness of the Heart’s Passion/Yoga Session”.

Much Love,

Elayne
