I know y’all are laughing at the fact that I’m posting a pancake recipe.
For the longest time, I have been meaning to share a discovery with you about pancake making so what better time than now.
Here’s a quick live tutorial and recipe.

2 cups Flour
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
1/4 cup Melted Butter or Oil
1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
2 cups Buttermilk (Buttermilk Substitute: Place 1 Tbsp. White Vinegar in 2 cup Measuring Cup and fill with Milk up to the 2 cup mark; let sit for a couple a minutes.)
Preheat a lightly oiled griddle or fry pan until hot. Ladle 6-8 pancakes onto hot griddle. Turn pancakes when sides are set and you can see bubbles forming on top. Flip over and cook until golden brown.
Serve with warm maple syrup.
